The operation of BUSINESS ONE STOP SHOP (B.O.S.S.) 2016 for the processing of business permit will be held at Leoniso G. Virata Hall (formerly ABC Hall), Municipal Compound, Brgy. Poblacion 1, Gen. M. Alvarez, Cavite starting January 3, 2017.

Requirements:

NEW Applicants

1. DTI (Individual)/SEC (Corporation)
2. Barangay Clearance with Official Receipt
3. Cedula for business
4. Contract of Lease (if rented)/Amilyar or RPT Payment (if owned)
5. Clearance from MHO, MENRO, BUILDING OFFICIAL & ZONING

RENEWING Applicants

1. Barangay Clearance with Official Receipt
2. Declaration of Gross Sales/Receipts for the preceding year
3. Cedula for business
4. CCTV Cameras as per Municipal Ordinance No. 2013-67
5. Clearance from MHO, MENRO, BUILDING OFFICIAL & ZONING

Annual – one-time payment on January


Semi-Annual

* 1st Payment – January
* 2nd Payment – July 20


Quarterly
* 1st Payment – January
* 2nd Payment – April 20
* 3rd Payment – July 20
* 4th Payment – October 20
