To All Business Owners/Taxpayers

The operation of BUSINESS ONE STOP SHOP (B.O.S.S.) 2016 for the processing of business permit will be held at Leoniso G. Virata Hall (formerly ABC Hall), Municipal Compound, Brgy. Poblacion 1, Gen. M. Alvarez, Cavite starting January 3, 2018.

Requirements:

NEW Applicants

  1. Proof of business registration, incorporation, or legal personality (i.e. DTI/SEC/CDA Registration);
  2. Basis for computing taxes, fees and charges (e.g. business capitalization);
  3. Contract of Lease (if lessee)/Amilyar or RPT Payment (if owned);
  4. Occupancy Permit, if required by national (Building Code) and local laws;
  5. Barangay Clearance (for business applicants who does not need an occupancy permits)

RENEWING Applicants

  1. Barangay Clearance
  2. Basis for computing taxes, fees and charges (e.g. Income Tax Returns, Financial Statement, Notarized Declaration of Gross Sales/Receipts)

STEPS IN PROCESSING OF BUSINESS PERMIT

NEW and RENEWAL

  1. Filing of Application, Verification and One-Time Assessment (Submission of Application Form with Complete Documentary Requirements and Assessment of Taxes, Fees and Charges)
  2. One-Time Payment
  3. Processing and Releasing of Business Permit

PAYMENT Scheme:

  1. Annual – one-time payment on January
  2. Semi-Annual
    • 1st Payment – January
    • 2nd Payment – July 20
  3. Quarterly
    • 1st Payment – January
    • 2nd Payment – April 20
    • 3rd Payment – July 20
    • 4th Payment – October 20
